12 Waverley Way, SM5 3LQ is off Banstead Road South, near Sutton. Car: please park considerately as this is a residential street
From the south: take the A217 from Junction 8 off the M25. Follow this road for 10 000 miles over a number of roundabouts and crossings. You will pass through traffic lights at Banstead Crossroads and come to a roundabout named Banstead Downs, which is a ‘Y’ shaped crossing. Take the second exit the B2230 (direction to Sutton). A minute down the road you will see Sutton Hospital on the right hand side. At the junction turn right into Chiltern Road. At the ‘T’ junction at the end of Chiltern Road turn left into Banstead Road South. Follow the road down to the shops (half-way down there is a small mini roundabout, just keep going straight). When you come to the parade of shops, Waverley Way is on the right hand side. No 12 is 20 yards up on the right, by the telegraph pole. From the north: Come from Sutton or Croydon along the A232. Turn into Cambridge Road at the BP Garage near Carshalton. At the end of the road turn right into Banstead Road and go under the railway bridge (big). Waverley Way is then on the left in the middle of the parade of shops. Train:
Nearest Station from Victoria, West Croydon or Sutton is Carshalton Beeches (not Carshalton), which is at the top of Waverley Way.
Come out of the station, turn left and left again onto the main road. Cross the railway bridge and walk towards the shops. Waverley Way is the first road on the right, opposite the Bakers Bus:
