Prerequisites: None.
The Basic course lasts four days training, over two weekends.  It introduces you to this effective and efficient tool for personal growth and development. The SRT₄Life™ techniques will enable you to cope with ongoing stresses that may occur throughout your life. During the course you will look at all areas of your life. It will help you to identify recurring patterns, self-sabotaging behaviour and the Core Programme's that cause them. You are provided with a file and all supporting documentation. During the course, a workbook is used to help reinforce the learning that occurs in the class. Certificate of attendance is awarded when the workbooks are completed and assessed.

The SRT₄Life™ Advanced Course can only be undertaken by students who have successfully completed the SRT₄Life™ Basic Course. This course is intended to teach you how to clear the energetic levels, so that you will be competent at dealing with all the SRT₄Life™ charts in a safe and professional manner. The course consists of 3 weekends.  All documentation and workbook are provided. Certification of attendance is awarded when the workbooks are completed and assessed.
