Is a series of talks, seminars, workshops and individual sessions. This Programme can be applied to all age groups and has a practical and theoretical content. From teaching children coping strategies when in dysfunctional situations, or with bullying, abuse and developing general life skills to help in day to day situations. Through teenagers leaving school and preparing to enter society as young adults, from basic financial awareness to changing electrical plugs, ironing and household management. How to interface with individuals and groups, the workforce and bureaucracy. Changing attitudes and the stigma associated with mental health problems, teaching skills to re integrate this group of clients back into the community. Part of the Skills4Life™ Programme is designed to help any client group re integrate into the community with ease.
