So You’re Physically Fit, What about your Emotional Fitness?
  • Have you ever wanted to lash out at a man?
  • Do you ever feel pressured by money worries?
  • Do you ever feel rejected or unloved?
  • Do you ever feel lonely?
  • Do you ever feel hemmed in or trapped?
  • Do you ever lose it over small things?
  • Do you ever feel rebellious or resentful of authority without understanding why?
  • Do you ever feel guilty even though you haven’t done anything wrong?
  • Do you ever feel worthless or inadequate?
  • Do you ever wonder ‘why is this happening to me again’?

If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, you may have a recurring pattern making you repeat unhelpful and limiting behaviour – so what does that mean in the real world?

Sarah, a Personal Fitness Trainer, has a history of abuse as a child which lead her to experience problems with relationships, not just with men.  She found it difficult to relate to others in a deep and meaningful way and found being in a group a nightmare scenario.  Although she had a busy and successful life on the surface, she carried a lot of deep pain and despair.  She dealt with this by filling each moment with activities, positive action plans and adventure seeking.  She found it impossible to be still or alone, even for the shortest amount of time.  The overriding pattern was when a relationship finished, she would get dragged back by the past trauma of abuse and relive the whole experience of helplessness, despair and overwhelming grief.  This was truly debilitating and lead her at the age of 35 to search for some sort of solution.  She knew she could not live like this anymore.  She was lucky enough to be introduced to Pennie Quaile, one of the Directors of Acorn to Oak and Breath4Life™.  This therapy is outstanding because anyone can do it, it is just a simple breathing technique.  The speed with which it works is amazing and it deals effectively and efficiently with any emotional, mental or physical problem, whether large or small.

Sarah committed to work with this tool and has reinvented her life.  The love, joy and spontaneity she now enjoys daily is amazing.  She is now living each moment of her life NOT just surviving it.  She can’t believe that life is so easy, comfortable and truly satisfying.  She now loves to spend time on her own just being herself.  Her relationships have improved out of sight and she can now handle being in group situations with comfort and ease.  She thought  that she had reached her full potential before because her life was busy and successful,  to others it seemed like she had a dream life with good looks and a  healthy and fit body…… but her emotional fitness was not good. Now she super fit on all levels.

She has gone on to train as a Breath4Life™ Practitioner because she is now dedicated to bring this cutting edge technology to as many people as possible.

How do I know all this?

Because I am Sarah!
