Luke Pearce Reiki Master Student

Why did you do the Reiki Master Pathway?

I think the easiest way is to explain it is it just resonated with me so much.  I found the Reiki One and Two fascinating and I’ve got to admit starting to feel energy was a real buzz and had me wanting to experience more.  Acorn to Oak definitely seemed like the best place to take the Pathway as they spend a lot of time teaching all aspects of Reiki, covering a lot of subjects in depth with no ego and with such a fun atmosphere too!

What has been your experience of each session you’ve done, as well as the whole?

I’ve got a lot out of all the different sessions, starting with a greater perception of energy.  The Psychic Development course built my trust in my own intuition, especially the exercises where we worked with our psychic abilities.  From the Spiritual Development Course, being given the opportunity to start on a spiritual path has led to me feeling more in-tune with myself.  I was really surprised at being able to detect the different disease energies on the Advanced Healing course and learnt so much more about the scope of Reiki as a healing tool.  In general there are too many benefits to mention, however, the main benefits I’ve noticed are being able to feel energy; my mind chatter has dropped away significantly; and I feel a lot calmer and relaxed in day to day life – as well as being able to sleep like a baby!

So, how do all the parts fit together?

The course is perfectly put together, it starts off small with Reiki One (although it doesn’t feel like it at the time!), through to Reiki Two and on to Reiki Mastership Pathway.  Each part is done in such a way as you can take it separately as a course in its own right, or complete each element in sequence, as a continuation of things you’ve already learnt.
