Good session. Make me realized is up to me to change the things and not expected to happened by magic. Need to declutter and believe in myself and find ways of pattern interrupting so I don't get into negative spirals. Very inspiring and educational.

The Reiki Three pathways is excellent. Its good to consolidate previous learning as well as discover new and exciting ideas. There is a lot to take in, and its not for the faint hearted, however there is a lot of support, and being part of a the group is a wonderful feeling. Whilst I have learnt a lot, it makes me realise there is so much more to come. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
