The mechanics of life, harnessing the power of the breath. After what has been a very interesting time globally it felt right time to reintroduce these group sessions (limited to 4 people maximum). This really is an amazing opportunity to join us with the intention to clear the crap of lockdown.

We will look into the world of emotions how they affect us and what we

can do about them. The tool we use is Breath4Lifetm Breath Work.

These sessions are ideal for anyone who has mental/emotional health issues, depression, anxiety, low self-worth, wants to change their life experiences, patterns and outlook on life or simply wants to return to that normal feeling they had before Covid hit.

If we only get one life, why not do all we can to make it the best life imaginable.

The sessions are 4 hours long loosely divided into two 2-hour sessions with a talk to begin with and plenty of time for questions, general chat and a break followed by the breathwork session. Over the sessions you will gain greater understanding around emotional/mental health imbalance, some of the science behind Breath4Lifetm Breath Work.

Please bring with you pillows and a duvet (a yoga mat if you own one) you will be lying down for the breathwork session and want to be warm and comfortable, during the breath work you may find your temperature will change comfortable layered clothing is advisable so you can keep yourself cosy. You may want to bring a snack and some water for before or after the breathwork session.

Please feel free to contact me with any queries or questions relating to the sessions or Breath4Lifetm Breath Work in general.
