Laughter Yoga Groups

What Happens During a Laughter Yoga Session

A laughter session is a combination of laughter exercises, yogic breathing and playfulness, usually ending with the amazing experience of Laughter Meditation. This is where you would relax on the floor and just allow your laughter to flow. It can be extremely liberating and is followed by a relaxation to calm you down and ground you.

A laughter yoga session can be around one hour for the full experience although shorter or longer sessions can be planned
