This amazing 4 day training will help you break free from old limiting behaviour which may be sabotaging you from creating and living the life you would like to be living. You will experience more love, joy and inner connectedness which will lead to huge changes in your daily life, so be prepared to laugh, love and reunite with your authentic self and the divinity within. Learn how to identify different emotions, be able to use techniques to identify old patterns of behavior that limit your life’s experience. Use written and non-written techniques to be able to overcome blocks and sabotaging behavior. Understand cure beliefs that maybe limiting your life. Clear fear, guilt, shame and any other heart clutter that is stopping you truly healing yourself and experience 4 Breath4LifeTM Breath Work Sessions. This training will allow you to get a deep insight into self and gain the tools that will help you navigate your life in a different way. Pattern interrupts will be a breeze and you will have more focus and clarity to make things work for you, not against you
This workshop includes accommodation, all food and drinks. Tuition, course workbook and journal. Post course you will follow up with a 30 minute clarity call at 7, 14 and 21 days
Please arrive at the venue before 6pm if you would like dinner. The training starts at 8pm finishes on Sunday at 3.30pm.
