Through painting, meditation, movement and song we connect deeply with our true beingness in a bright loving way. Each session helps you understand and explore each indiviual charka using colour, paint, visualisations are more to discover and recover all aspects of self and harmonise your whole energy sysyem. If attending the class in person all materials supplied. If attending the class virtually please email for list of materials needed prior to first session. To attend this class virtually you will need a webcam.

This 8 week course is a pure delight, a journey through our feeling and will energy centres to explore, harmonies and strenghten ourselves so we can be our highest potential.
