Breath4Life™ Breath Work is an empowering action therapy that allows you to transform your life and heal on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level through using your breath, in order to make space for more joy, creativity, calm and freedom.
Join us in the Positivity Centre, Burnham and experience the power of group breath work. An opportunity to start your journey of transformation and create a life with more energy, passion and purpose.

The centre is situated in Burnham, on Nashdom Lane. Situated 3 mins from Cliveden House and the Feathers pub. Its surrounded by nature, with ample parking. They have a wellbeing shop full of crystals, incense and candles. They also sell hot drinks, a great place to relax and enjoy a coffee after the group session. £15 per session (non-profit fee to cover venue costs)

What will happen?
Each session includes a short informative talk about breath work and how to do it, with space for questions and answers; a full Breath4Life™ Breath Work session; time to reflect and gain feedback on what you have experienced.
Amy Gower is a qualified Breath4Life™ Practitioner, currently completing her group facilitation training, and offers this opportunity under supervision from a fully qualified, experienced Breath4Life™ Practitioner-Teacher.
What you need to bring?
Duvet/ thick blanket and pillow
Yoga mat if you have one
Pen and paper (or notepad)
Wear loose fitting comfortable clothes
A snack for after your Breath Work (it can be hungry work!)
