The self-realisation weekend was aptly named for me as I finally broke through resistance to realise that it is only my mind that's holding me back from faith and knowingness. As ever the teaching was first-class and fascinating and the speed at which we shifted energy during healing and clearing was astonishing. I'm looking forward to playing and experimenting with Reiki between now and the advanced energy residential - and buying my first Reiki couch.
