Don't kill the messenger!!!

Thu, 26 July 2018

Not too long ago, when a messenger brought bad news or news that a king or queen didn’t want to hear, their lives were at stake as these depots took out their uncontrollable rage on the messenger. This was never helpful to the situation, and people became nervous of and never wanted to be volunteered to become such a messenger.

Being a guide can feel a little bit like that on occasions as you commit to serving others. So being a guide is much like being a river boat captain. When people join you on the boat, they expect you to keep them safe. They will love you when things are movng in the way they like and appreciate the scenery they see. When the rapids hit, they will cling to you and pray you will see them through and gasp with appreciation at your skill and knowledge of the river (life, the universe and where we all fit within it) Then, they hit blame when the journey takes too long, (their thought forms) because they have failed to take responsibility for their own healing process or have failed to do the innerwork needed so that they progress on their chosen path. As a guide you remind them of this and they will hate you for the reminder. It is the guide’s job at this stage to hold the rudder straight, and keep that person safe, nutured and inspired.

If someone is not getting the results they desire then there is a layer of resistance to change their lives at a foundmental level. This is not a conscious choice but a subconscious pattern that is recurring to keep them locked in suffering and pain.

In learning to work with a guide it’s important to feel gratitude for that guidance and appreciate the time and effort the guide puts in to hold the space for your own highest will and good. Remember the guide has no secret agenda or desire to manipulate you in anyway, they are just taking you from one place to another. You are making that journey a pleasant one or a scaring one. As a guide myself I would highly recommend you make it pleasant, calm, nurturing and joyous.

As a guide, we meet others whom believe their private agonies are theirs alone to bear forgetting that we are all part of a vast collective where the majority of their concerns are shared in one form or another by many other people. The guide will help you to Be brave, Be courageous, Be authentic, Be REAL and help lead others by example so they too can break free of all limitations.

Testimonials

I had a reflexology treatment from Pennie at the Caterham Mind Body and Soul show, it had been a busy day and I wanted to relax which was definately acheived and I would definately recommend it to others.

I like to think of myself as a fairly middle of the road person. I'm married in my 30's and have one daughter and have had a life full of very high and very low points. If truth be told I was a little sceptical and scared before I experienced my Breath4LifeTMBreath Work session. However, the opportunity arose so I took it. On the day of my session, Pennie talked me through what was going to happen and how I would feel and one of the best things about Breath4LifeTMBreath Work is that all the thoughts and emotions I felt during my session would remain private as this isn't a talking Therapy but taking action. The healing is all done by me and my breath! My session was wonderful. It lasted 2 hours and I was guided through every breath. I experienced the healing energy that I had read about, and the 2 hours was truly a life changing experience for me. After my session, I can quite honestly say that the things that used to bother me before really don't anymore. All the memories good and bad are still part of me, but I don't have the same emotional baggage attached to them and better still, I don't have to drag that baggage with me through life. If you are even a little bit interested in Breath4LifeTMBreath Work, please give it a go, it really is life changing and enlightening.
