Wow! It’s almost time to wave goodbye to yet another year. As I look forward to a few weeks break from writing, I offer you a final post for the year – one that could honestly change your life.

A friend told me about Pennie's work and it sounded too good to be true... but I got the opportunity to attend a Low Cost Clinic, so I thought why not. Well all I can tell you is it's the best decision I have made in my life. I felt safe & secure and the breathwork process just blew my mind, that 1 breathwork has lead to such a new way of being and thinking and living that I have to pinch myself to make sure it's real...Thank-you time and time again.
