Wow! It’s almost time to wave goodbye to yet another year. As I look forward to a few weeks break from writing, I offer you a final post for the year – one that could honestly change your life.

At the Mind,Body and Soul show at Caterham I had a reflexology Treatment from Pennie I felt I wanted to relax and gain some healing, which was certainly acheived. It was a lovely session, I felt lots of energy shifts and felt safe and well care for. I would recommend this to everyone.
