At the Mind,Body and Soul show at Caterham I had a reflexology Treatment from Pennie I felt I wanted to relax and gain some healing, which was certainly acheived. It was a lovely session, I felt lots of energy shifts and felt safe and well care for. I would recommend this to everyone.

The self-realisation weekend was aptly named for me as I finally broke through resistance to realise that it is only my mind that's holding me back from faith and knowingness. As ever the teaching was first-class and fascinating and the speed at which we shifted energy during healing and clearing was astonishing.
