Beverley's project - Voyage of Rediscovery
Voyage of Rediscovery: a healing journey for women
Voyage of Rediscovery is a committed, closed women’s group that meets for six one-day sessions over the course of six months. Embarking on a journey with the same women each month allows an atmosphere of trust, intimacy and safety to evolve in which we are able to support and nurture each other on our paths to healing and experience the true power of the feminine spirit.
Together we will embark on a profound transformational journey with Breath4Life™ Breath Work therapy. This involves a gentle, safe and easy breathing technique that aims to clear physical, mental and emotional blocks and suppressions. If you carry suppressed anger, grief and fear, you may struggle with irritation, sadness or anxiety and even physical disease if those suppressions are not released and integrated. You may also find that you are stuck in patterns of behaviour that prevent you from flourishing in your life and relationships. Breath4Life™ Breath Work can help you reintegrate difficult emotions, allowing you to experience a new sense of freedom and wellbeing.
Each session will allow plenty of time for each group member to share and explore their personal issues and challenges, and there will also be written and spoken processes, discussion and some teaching plus a full Breath4Life™ Breath Work session, with plenty of time to integrate.
Beverley Glick, a qualified human potential coach for women, is facilitating the group as part of her Breath4Life™ Breath Work practitioner training. Jill Pay, who has a wealth of experience as a Breath4Life™ Breath Work therapist and in running therapeutic groups, is supervising. You will also have access to a mentor to help and support you between sessions. Additional one-to-one Breath4Life™ Breath Work sessions are available for an extra charge.
