What is Outreach?

We have an exciting range of breath work outreach projects commencing, if you would be interested in finding out more information, or taking part as a participant, then please contact pennie@acorntooak.org.uk.

Outreach projects are an opportunity for Breath4Life™ Breath work student-practitioners to faciliate small groups of people undertaking a breath work session, under the guidance of a senior member of the teaching team at Acorn to Oak. It's a fantastic opportunity to experience breath work at a reduced cost, as well as provide invaluable experience to our student-practitoners.
