Breath4Life™ Breath Work is a simple breathing technique, which can help you create the life you deserve and desire, it is a gentle, safe and easy technique which works quickly so that you can make changes in your life. We store patterns of behaviour, old emotional baggage and limiting beliefs in our sub-conscious mind which can run our lives

Breath4Life™ Breath Work is an exciting, dymanic, totally unique, cutting edge self-healing process. which deals with all levels of self, all levels of consciousness and all levels of energy, so healing that occurs on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. It incorporates Breathwork Therapy, life-skills, NLP techniques, life-coaching and written and non-written process work. It is a life-transforming journey of self-discovery into self awareness and freedom.
Breath4Life™ Breath Work sessions are structured, safe and progressive, with on-going support and processes that help people to discover their fullest potential. They are tailor-made for each individual, and progress at the speed and pace at which each person is comfortable with.

Structure of a Breath4Life™ Breath Work session?
All Breath4Life™ Breath Work sessions are facilitated in a highly supportive and safe manner. The sessions are empowering as you are in charge of your own process, there is no need to tell your story unless you choose to do so and you are always fully in control and can stop the process at any time.
The first session begins with a consultation. This provides an opportunity for you to share areas of your life that you feel are not currently working. As we explore your life, behaviours and patterns can emerge, identifying them and bringing them into your conscious mind is an integral part of the healing process.
A session may include Breath Work Therapy, Life-Coaching, Visioning and written and non-written process work, this is very much dependant on your needs at the time.
The process and breathing technique will be fully demonstrated and explained and you are invited to ask lots of questions and share any concerns.
The actual breathing process is conducted lying down on a mattress or yoga mat and you will be covered with a blanket so that you are comfortable and warm. You are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing, as you will be lying down for 1-1½ hours. The process is very nurturing, safe, empowering and not traumatic.
The session ends with a warm drink and time to share your experience if you so wish and ask questions for further clarity.
How many sessions do I need and how often?
A minimum of ten sessions are recommended. You need to give yourself the opportunity to let patterns emerge as a lifetime of experiences will not be resolved in one session.
Depending on how quickly you want to proceed depends on whether you decided to breathe once a week or once every two weeks or in fact once a month. If you want to make good progress I suggest you commit to breathe at least once every two weeks.
The first session will last approximately 2½ hours with subsequent sessions lasting two hours.
Cost per Breath4Life™ Breath Work Session
£225 for 3 hour session
£180 per 2.5 hour session
For 10 sessions (which includes 1st appointment of 3 hours) worth £1845 discount to 1500 if booked together with deposit of £400 payments of £110 per session (payable in cash on day of appointment) This is an amazing saving of £345
