The Spiritual Buzz Podcast with Pennie Quaile-Pearce and Jill Pay
Jill came to the world of complementary medicine when her now adult children were young and she felt strongly that it was important for their health and development to avoid the usual rounds of immunisations, antibiotics, etc. This led to her studying and qualifying as a Homeopathic Practitioner. It was at homeopathic college that Jill and Pennie Quaile-Pearce met, with Jill following Pennie’s lead into exploring other energy medicines, including Reiki and Breath4LifeTM Breath Work. Breath4LifeTM has been the most effective therapy in Jill’s own personal process towards becoming who she is today. It was Breath4LifeTM which supported her own recovery from clinical depression without medication.
As well as a qualified Homeopath, Reiki Master-Teacher and Breath4LifeTM Breath Work Practitioner, Jill is an expert trainer-facilitator, with fourteen years' experience developing and delivering training days and courses for family carers in the London Borough of Camden and elsewhere in the UK. Having trained extensively with Pennie Quaile-Pearce and Acorn to Oak, Jill works closely with the organisation, supporting group days and co-facilitating training and retreats, as well as offering supervision and mentorship for students of Acorn to Oak.
Work, for Jill, is something to be passionate about and which makes a difference – as well as offering a place to continue to grow and learn. It is in this regard that, alongside her healing practice, Jill has developed a highly creative art practice, using a variety of media, including painting, collage, print-making and experimental embroidery. Through this, she has discovered that the process of creating art allows people to discover even deeper wells of insight and to challenge the limiting thoughts that hold them back and ultimately can be very healing.
A member of the Self Realization Fellowship, Jill has a rich spiritual life which sustains her through life's challenges.
