We provide two different types of mentorship: formal and informal.

Informal relationships develop on their own between fellow students whatever level they are completing at the time which we encourage.

However at Acorn to Oak we also provide formal mentoring, at each level of training you will be allocated a mentor to help and support you with any on-going training and learning needs.We take time and effort in matching of mentor and mentee, so that a harmonious and supportive relationship is established.

Formal mentorship sessions last for one hour to help identify any further learning or experiential needs. At the end of each session a learning plan will be agree and put into action.
