We are holding a Discovery Day Sunday 7^th July at the YMCA in Guildford from 10am to 4.30pm.

It is a free event and open to the general public so everyone is welcome to come along to meet us, have fun and discover new things and ways of being.

Laughter Yoga Sessions will be held outside in the Guildford Station Car Park at 10.30am, 1pm and 2.30pm By Luke Pearce and Carolyn Whitmore. More details

A treatment room

Will be providing Reiki,  Reflexology,   Indian Head Massage and Crystal Healing at a fraction of the normal cost. (£15 for 30 minutes booked online by clicking on treatment you would like or £20 on the day)

Aura camera and readings

£20 for a photo with 2 page print out which includes a mini reading and explanation. – booked online.
